ABOUT US
Building Resilient and Inclusive Communities in Ghana
We are a local nonprofit organization based in Tamale in the northern region of Ghana. Established in 2014 by nine Ghanaian leaders, we support community foundations and integrated development work across the country.
We foster collaboration with donors and development partners to invest in practical levers of change that strengthen capabilities, improve community wellbeing and help people build resilient and independent lives. As a licensed National Nonprofit Organization, we implement projects in any part of Ghana.

We help smallholder farmers adopt climate resilient agriculture that improves food availability, access and stability. Our work supports conservation practices, better value chains and diversified livelihoods.
We empower women, youth and persons with disabilities to build strong livelihoods through skills training, enterprise development and financial resilience.
We support women, youth and persons with disabilities to develop skills, start small enterprises and build financial stability. Our work strengthens income generation, entrepreneurship and employability.
We strengthen local philanthropy by helping communities establish and manage their own foundations. Our support builds leadership, enhances local giving and drives sustainable community impact.
